This free to attend annual event is held from 8AM to 12PM on the Saturday before Father’s Day on the free fishing weekend where the public can fish without a license. We hold this at Siems Memorial Park just outside of Union near 16351 Highbridge Road. There are prizes by age category and for the largest fish caught. Free hot dogs, hamburgers, and refreshments for all that attend. Prizes are awarded to some participants in various age categories.

As a regular fundraiser and a way to connect with the community, we facilitate a weekly Queen of Hearts raffle.
Drawing held every Wednesday at Clasens Tavern in Union. Tickets are available to purchase at Clasens on a daily basis during their business hours. You do not need to be present to win!

We proudly hold our pancake breakfasts at the Union Fire and Protection District. Typically we do two Sundays in the spring during the Festival of the Sugar Maples and one Sunday in the Fall the Sunday of Settler’s Days.

As one of our community giveback events, we stuff Easter Eggs with treats and prizes for an annual Easter Egg Hunt.
Held Annually on Easter Sunday at 9AM in Veteran’s Park in Union.

Our club is a proud support of the Wreaths Across America program. We purchase and arrange for wreaths to be on every veterans gravesite during the Christmas holiday season in the area for participating cemeteries. There is a ceremony in Union held when these are begun to be placed.

Held bi-annually once in the spring and once in the fall at Joe's Place in Marengo. 120 tickets are sold with lots of fun and prizes to be had!

Rules:
- Reverse Raffle - last tickets pulled eligible for the Grand Prize
- All tickets must be physically present and represented by the ticketholder or their proxy at the drawing. If a winning ticket is not present and spoken for, that prize will be donated to the Union Lions Club for charitable purposes.
- Tickets are a $100 donation each, which includes 1 dinner ticket for the banquet during the drawing. Only 120 raffle tickets are available, while limited additional dinner tickets can be purchased in advance (preferred) or at the event.
Payouts:
- 1st ticket drawn - $300 prize
- Every 5th ticket drawn (with the exception of the Final 5 tickets drawn) - $100 prize
- Final 5 tickets - Grand Prize pot of $4500 - Ticketholders or their proxies with tickets in hand are called up to the front to determine if they would like to split the pot between them, or do a drawdown. If any eligible party wants to draw down, then one ticket at a time will be drawn until there is either a consensus amongst the remaining eligible participants to split or the final ticket is revealed with the full pot going to the final party.
- Loser's pot - $500 prize - All tickets that were not drawn out as winners are placed into a separate container for one final drawing.
Held annually on Super Bowl Sunday at Joe's Place in Marengo. This event is the most fun way to watch the Super Bowl! Lots of prizes and raffles and all the excitement!
Proceeds from this event benefit college scholarships to seniors graduating from Marengo Community High School.
